The PWA is designed to be a simple and non-intrusive way to evaluate employee health through lifestyle behaviors. Unlike a traditional HRA, employees are not asked to submit sensitive medical information. With just 46 questions in a multiple-choice format, respondents can easily self-assess how they are feeling across eight dimensions of well-being.
After completing the PWA, employees receive immediate feedback and educational content specifically tailored to address any areas of well-being where they may need extra support. Rather than being assigned an arbitrary score or risk rating, each individual receives a summary of recommendations that can be referenced at any time. This approach empowers each person to embark on their own unique wellness journey with confidence.
Employers receive access to aggregated, de-identified PWA responses, which can help them make smarter, more informed decisions about their wellness programming and meet the specific needs of their population.
Administering the PWA annually allows employers to monitor the progress of population well-being, ensuring that related health initiatives are effective and align with the evolving trends and requirements of their workforce.
