How It Works
-
1. Choose a Coach
Employees can choose the Health Coach that best fits their goals—and switch anytime. Each coach brings a unique background and area of expertise to meet a wide range of needs.
-
2. Schedule with Ease
Employees book times that work best for their schedule. Individual and group formats are available.
-
3. Meet Regularly, as Often as Needed
Participants have access to unlimited coaching sessions. A weekly cadence is recommended for the first six weeks, followed by ongoing check-ins.
Wellable Way
Wellable provides individual and group health coaching programs to support employees on their health journeys. Both formats follow a framework adapted from Duke University's Integrative Health Coaching Process Model, delivering a structured, supportive process that helps individuals and teams clarify their goals, build sustainable habits, and create meaningful change across all areas of personal and professional well-being.

Group Coaching Framework
Group health coaching follows the same research-backed framework as individual coaching and is designed for teams ready to build a culture of well-being and align personal and professional goals with what matters most. Through live, facilitated sessions and reflective pre-work, participants gain clarity, accountability, and practical tools to support lasting behavior change.

- Duration: 6-12 weeks
- Sessions: 6 total (held weekly or biweekly based on needs)
